Aqua Aerobics

Get in shape and keep cool! This one-hour class offers an aerobic workout without the stress on your muscles and joints. Participants at all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, will enjoy this great summer workout! 10 week class. Instructor- Mary Nieman
