COVID 19 GUIDELINES NOTE:
We are watching the St. Louis County orders very closely as far as social gatherings indoors and out are concerned. In order to remain compliant, we will need to make the following modifications to our rentals. It is so hard to predict what the county will do regarding gathering limits and I know this makes it hard for you to plan.One option for you is to have staggered shifts at your event. NEW: when booking, we will need the name and contact information of the person that will be in charge of making sure these guidelines are followed. If the guidelines (enforced by the Manchester Police Department) change, we will post that here.
As of June 1 the following applies to room rentals until further notice:
Attendance limit will need to be at 25% of the fire code.
The limit would be 17 in Room A or B and 35 in Room C.
If you need to rent Room C to have 35 guests, we are offering a $10 per hour discount. You may have no more than 35 total people in the building at any given time.
Masks need to be worn and social distancing will need to be observed by renters and their guests.

Manchester Park Building
The Manchester Park Building offers several options for your next meeting, birthday party, shower, or other event. We offer a spacious 50 by 40 feet room that looks out the large glass windows into beautiful Schroeder Park. This room can be rented as one large space or it can be divided into 2 smaller spaces. In addition, we offer a conference room for smaller meetings.

Facility Rental Applications must be filled out and paid to reserve a date. All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. A credit card is required for Security Deposit. We provide tables and chairs, you will be responsible for your own set-up and break-down.

- Food and beverages are allowed, Refrigeration / Freezer / Kitchen / Ice is not available.
- Alcohol is allowed, $25 fee applies

- Rooms A, B, and C have a sink, counter, and microwave for your use
- Room B and the Conference Room have a Smart TV that is available
- Renter is responsible for their set up, break down, and clean up
- Our facility is smoke free, this includes electronic cigarettes.
