Trash, Recycling & Yard Waste
Your Customer Service center will advise you of your current collection schedules. In order to insure collection of your trash, yard-waste, and recycling, please put them out for collection at the curbside by 7 a.m. on your scheduled collection day.
95-gallon household carts for trash and yard waste are available for an additional fee. To inquire about lease fees, please contact Allied Waste / Republic Services Customer Service.
Invoices from Allied Waste / Republic Services for personal services are to be paid no later than the date shown on the invoice. Any personal account that is not paid in full by the due date on the invoice will be put on “Stop Service” status and the requested service will not be provided until the invoice has been paid in full. Credits for time on Stop Service will not be given.

There will be no collections on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
The City of Manchester offers a Trash Fee Exemption Hardship Program for those residents whose household income falls within established low income guidelines.
Your household has received either a 65 or 35 gallon recycle cart, or a standard 18-gallon bin for once a week collection.
