The Manchester Parks, Recreation, & Arts Department has developed a Scholarship program to assist Manchester Resident families that face economic challenges, to allow their children to use the Manchester facilities and programs such as: Summer Camp, Swimming Lessons, and more. Scholarships are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.Tiny Tball_Spring_2016_02

To qualify for the program, households must be located in Manchester  and  provide a copy of last year’s Federal 1040 or 1040A tax return or provide a copy of your Free and  Reduced Lunch benefits letter.

¨ Scholarships may only cover up to 50% of a program fee

¨ There is a max award of $100 per youth, per calendar year

Please fill out the application and allow 7-10 working days for processing. When a decision is made, we will contact you by phone at the phone number provided.

To be considered, applications must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the beginning of a program.
