Mindfulness is a Game Changer Is your teenager experiencing too much stress and anxiety? Research suggests it is nearing epidemic levels in our society. This program is just for the teenager themselves (ages 13-17) to learn a variety of research-supported techniques facilitated by a certified holistic stress management instructor.
