All-Levels Flow Yoga 
This 60-minute yoga class will help both new and experienced students develop strength, balance and flexibility through the connection of movement and breath and with an emphasis on proper alignment. Classes typically begin with breath work to center and calm the body and mind, then transition to specific stretches designed to warm the muscles for a flowing series of traditional asanas, or poses, and ending with a relaxing savasana to kick start your day. Please bring a mat.
Stephanie Maniscalco is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who loves to help students develop a home yoga routine so they can intensify the many benefits of a consistent practice

Chair Yoga- FREE with Silver Sneakers & Renew Active
This class focuses on improving flexibility, endurance, balance, and stress management. Floor work is not done in this class. Class taught by Donna Klebolt. Class geared for ages 55+;  If you are a Silver Sneakers or Renew Active member, you must sign up the 1st time in person with your card # to participate at no cost. This is not a Drop-In class.
