This is a low impact/no impact workout that gradually increases your heart rate with muscle-type aerobic exercises, using your body weight. Please bring a beach towel (for some abdominal work) and water, no other equipment needed. This is an easy to follow format that is appropriate for most ages and fitness levels. It is a beginner to intermediate level workout that will last about 45 minutes. Instructed by Debbie Howe.
