We are giving away FREE trees, until they run out, at our annual seedling giveaway (Blackgum, Loblolly Pine, Redbud, Buttonbush, Bald Cypress, Swamp White Oak) at Pavilion #1 in Schroeder Park.

Missouri Botanical Gardens lectures and discussions feature Jean Ponzi, Green Resources Manager from the EarthWays Center of Missouri Botanical Garden. Jean serves as the manager of the St. Louis Green Business Challenge and is on the leadership team for the regional initiative BiodiverseCity St. Louis.
Invasive? Native? Exotic? an Eco-Logical view of plants
The EarthWays Center of Missouri Botanical Garden invites you to meet some WILD-ly wonderful options for home and community lands. Learn how plant choices matter to birds, bugs and people - and why some good-looking plants go bad. This will be via Zoom, once you register you will receive the link to join.

Recycle Responsibly
What happens to all that stuff in our bins? And why do some materials contaminate recycling? Learning how recycling systems work will help us keep recycling working for all. Recycling awareness can help turn the tide of plastic pollution too.

Clean Stream

Honeysuckle Hack
Did you know the bush honeysuckle is an invasive species that has been taking over Missouri woodlands, strangling our native plants? Help us reclaim our parks by joining us at our honeysuckle sweep! We will be removing bush honeysuckle from Schroeder & Seibert Parks. Park staff will provide gloves, tools, and instruction as we restore our parks. Donuts and drinks will be provided at the start of the day.
