    This class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, & balance, using hand held weights, a rubber ball, and a chair. All equipment will be provided. Floor work is not done in this class. Classes taught by Debbie Howe.**FREE for Silver Sneakers AND Renew Active members* Tuesdays from 10 - 11 am March 3 - May 12 Resident $33 / Non-Resident $44 No Cost for Silver Sneakers or Renew Active program members. You must sign up the 1st time in person and provide your Silver Sneakers or Renew Active number to participate at no cost. This is not a Drop-In class.

  2. FOCUS Photo Exhibition Drop Off

    FOCUS is our annual open-theme competition and exhibition open to all residents of the greater St. Louis area. All ages and skill levels welcome. Please note that ages 21 and up have a $5 entry fee per image submitted, entries for those under 21 are free.

    Learn the basics of the art of paper cutting! Teaching Artist will demonstrate use of Xacto knives on a variety of papers. Learn to make simple designs and different kinds of cuts and create your own paper sculpture to take home.

  1. Online Store Opens for the Discounted Backyard Composting Kit

    March 2, 2020 - April 25, 2020 @ City's Website/Schroeder Park

    Backyard composting kits are being offered to city of Manchester residents at this time to promote Municipal Waste Reduction. They are available at a discounted price thanks to the St. Louis County Department of Public Health awarding grant funding to the City. You can purchase the composter through the online store, and the pick up date will be on the morning of Saturday, April 25, 2020, as part of the City’s annual Arbor Day celebration in Schroeder Park.
