Manchester is now a Composting City
Thanks to a St. Louis County Department of Public Health grant award, the City of Manchester was able to provide 250 residents with an Earth Machine back-yard composting kit at a discounted price in Spring of 2020. Manchester actively promotes municipal waste reduction and sustainability efforts. Thank you St. Louis County Department of Public Health!
