Manchester’s “Lock it or Lose it” effort is designed to be a two-week awareness campaign, presented in partnership with a neighborhood, homeowner’s association, or apartment complex.
Representatives or volunteers from one of these communities will work with Sgt. Meredith Absolon, Community Relations Officer with the Manchester Police Department, to raise awareness with their neighbors about simple steps they can take to reduce the risk of crime.
