The City of Manchester will be hosting a Local Business Gathering on Wednesday, May 18th at 11:30am at the Manchester Parks Building (359 Old Meramec Station Road). At the Gathering we will be primarily discussing the following items:

• Redevelopment (PBD): The City will provide an update on redevelopment of the Planned Business District and the City’s next steps on this endeavor.

• Annexation: The City is pursuing the annexation of two square miles of unincorporated St. Louis County just northeast of Manchester’s boundaries. The City would like to hear your experiences as Manchester businesses and answer any questions about annexation efforts.

In addition to these topics, we will also take time to meet business owners, learn how your businesses are doing and what the City can do to aid our business community. A lunch and drinks will be provided.
