    The City of Manchester is the proud caretaker of a collection of flags from the 2016 Flags of Valor display which were flown on Art Hill in Forest Park. Each of these flags holds the dog tag and photo of an American Service Member who died in theater in the War on Terror since 9/11/2001.

    Manchester holds a complimentary breakfast for Veterans at the American Legion Post #208 in recognition of Veterans Day. This annual event is held from 7AM to 10AM each year on Veterans Day and last year the city served over 130 regional Vets!
